Terms & Conditions Of booking

Pricing All prices are non-negotiable and Following your enquiry/consultation, your quote is valid for 14 days from the point of issue until deposit payment is received

Paying your deposit will secure the quoted price, date and time in my diary.

All of my prices exclude VAT. I will inform you if I become VAT eligible.

Bookings And Deposits: All Orders and Booking Dates are only secured with a non-refundable deposit. Once deposits are received and cleared, your booking date will then be fully secured. I  require a non-refundable deposit of £100. Payment Methods Payment methods accepted are Cash, Cheque,  BACS or Credit Card • Cheques are made payable to “Mrs Lyndsey Fielding”. Please allow an additional 7 working days for cheques to be banked and cleared. Please write your name and invoice number on the reverse of the cheque.

BACS made payable to Mrs Lyndsey Fielding; reference to include your name and/or invoice number.

Final Payments: Full balance is due 1 weeks prior to the event as specified on your invoice and/or order form. On your initial invoice the date of the full balance will be included and a reminder of the final amount will be emailed to you no less than 5 days before payment is due.

Late Or Non-Payments Late or non-payments could result in loss of your booking date. In the event of a late or nonpayment, the order will not proceed until alternative funding has been agreed and payment made in full.

Change Of Wedding Date:  If, for any reason you wish to re-arrange the date of your wedding, I will try our best to accommodate these changes without any additional charges provided sufficient notice is given and that I am able to provide my service for the re-arranged wedding date. However, if I am fully booked on your new wedding date and cannot provide the service, it will not be possible to refund your deposit.

Cooling Off Rights You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the services have been completed.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Verbal phone cancellations will not be binding. I retain the right to cancel the booking in very unusual circumstances beyond our control, such as a flood, fire or ill health. In such circumstances we will email you immediately to (i) refund any money taken in full or (ii) re-arrange a new completion date subject to availability.

Complaints:  All other concerns should be made in writing, and the evidence of the fault should be included. There will be no refunds given due to change of mind. Refunds are at the discretion of Captured Moments.
